Missing DLC - How do I find my DLC items that I ordered?

For Trainz A New Era, Downloadable Content (DLC) items ordered through the Trainz Store will appear as "Available to Download" when you next start Trainz.
No serial key is required and there is no external download link available.
FINDING ITEMS ONCE DOWNLOADED:
If you are download any train / locomotive DLC then you can check in Kickstarter County when the download is complete to see if a session for that particular train exists. It is a quick way to jump in and start driving your locomotive straight away. If a Session doesn’t exist, you can follow this guide to create new sessions using your DLC items.
