Missing DLC - How do I find my DLC items that I ordered?

For Trainz A New Era and Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019, Downloadable Content (DLC) items ordered through the Trainz Store will appear as "Available to Download" when you next start Trainz. No serial key is required and there is no external download link available. FINDING ITEMS ONCE DOWNLOADED: Some train/locomotive DLCs may include a session for the Kickstarter County route. If you are using TANE, or have the Kickstarter County (not Kickstarter County 2) route in TRS19, and you wish to try the train or drive the session, then when the download is complete to see if a session for that particular train exists. It is a quick way to jump in and start driving your locomotive straight away. If a Session doesn’t exist, you can follow this guide to create new sessions using your DLC items. TROUBLESHOOTING:
