NEW HELPDESK REQUIREMENTS

To ensure we can provide quality, timely responses to as many customers as possible, we have made some changes to the helpdesk support service.

  1. We will only support tickets submitted in English. Please use an online translation tool to translate your messages.
  2. We will assist users with problems related to orders, downloading, installation or access only.
  3. Any questions about general product usage will be referred to our community forums, Trainz wiki and Knowledgebase articles.
If your ticket does not meet these requirements, you will receive a standard response informing you of the new requirements.

What is the latest version of Trainz

Trainz: A New Era was released for PC on May 15, 2015 and for Mac in Mid 2015, and has seen many updates since release with the latest version available from the Trainz Store (PC and Mac), AppStore (Mac), and Steam (PC and Mac), along with other retailers.

Trainz Model Railroad 2017 was released in 2017 for PC through the Trainz Store. This is also available as a DLC bundle for TANE (PC or Mac) owners.

Trainz Simulator 12 (Service Pack 1) is the latest version of Trainz for the 32bit versions of Windows. Trainz Sim 12 was originally released in April 2011 and is available for purchase via digital download or Box DVD edition at: https://store.trainzportal.com/collections/full-product/products/trainz-simulator-12

Trainz Simulator 2 for Mac is available at the Trainz Store.

Trainz Simulator 1 and 2 (for tablets) are available from Apple iTunes and Android stores (TS1 only)

Trainz Driver 1 and 2 (for smartphones and tablets) are available from Apple iTunes and Android stores (TD1 only).
