Trainz Rewards Points are earned each time you shop in the Trainz Store and for other actions such as signing up as a MyTrainz member, or even having a birthday!

To redeem your points, follow this simple guide:

• Go to the Trainz Store and log in using your MyTrainz username
  
  
• Add any items to your cart, and when you're ready to checkout, click on the Trainz Rewards Points button on the bottom left of the store to show your current points total
  
  

• Click on Ways to redeem and select one of the reward options from the list (based upon the number of points you wish to redeem)
  
  
• Click on View to show the reward details
  
  
• Click on Redeem to create your discount code
  
  
• Click Apply Code to automatically add the code to your cart. 
  
  NOTE: You'll also receive an email showing the code in case you don't want to use it immediately.
  
  
• Click on Checkout and you'll see the code with the discount already applied. 
  
  

Troubleshooting:

• Check that your order matches the rules for a particular reward (e.g. a minimum order quantity)
  
  
• Once you redeem points, don't forget to use the code at some time in the next 12 months or the code will expire.
