To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. Login using your Simulator Central or MyTrainz Username and Password.

NEW HELPDESK REQUIREMENTS

To ensure we can provide quality, timely responses to as many customers as possible, we have made some changes to the helpdesk support service.

  1. We will only support tickets submitted in English. Please use an online translation tool to translate your messages.
  2. We will assist users with problems related to orders, downloading, installation or access only.
  3. Any questions about general product usage will be referred to our community forums, Trainz wiki and Knowledgebase articles.
If your ticket does not meet these requirements, you will receive a standard response informing you of the new requirements.

Getting your Free Loco (TS3)

How to get your free loco for signing up to the newsletter

For a limited time you can get a free loco for Trainz Sim 3 by signing up for our newsletter here.

You will need to create a MyTrainz account which you can do online here, on in game (instructions here).

You can then access your loco in-game by logging in to MyTrainz in-game.

Once you are logged in, to access your loco follow these steps:

  1. Tap Radial Menu > Main Menu > Select Route
  2. Tap Content Store
  3. Ensure you are logged in to MyTrainz
  4. Tap the Purchased button
  5. Find the Tornado in the list and tap Install
  6. The item will be downloaded and installed.

Troubleshooting:

If you see the price for the loco rather than "Install" then:

  1. Your MyTrainz account is not the same as the one you enrolled with (you will need to contact us at support@n3vgames.com)
  2. You are not logged in
  3. You have not tapped the "Purchased" button at the bottom (rotate the device to landscape)
  4. We have not updated your recent newsletter signup (we only update things once every 24-48 hours, so please be patient)
