To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. Login using your Simulator Central or MyTrainz Username and Password.

How to download and install TRS19 Platinum Edition

You can access your Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 download by following these steps:
Please note, if you already own another TRS19 edition from the TrainzStore, then you will not see an additional page in your MyTrainz account. The TRS19 Platinum Edition uses the same download page as previous TRS19 releases.
If you already have TRS19 installed, then you can patch this to the Platinum Edition using the How to patch to TRS19 Platinum guide.
Once you log in to MyTrainz, scroll down the page until you find the Mac installer option.
