To ensure we can provide quality, timely responses to as many customers as possible, we have made some changes to the helpdesk support service.

  1. We will only support tickets submitted in English. Please use an online translation tool to translate your messages.
  2. We will assist users with problems related to orders, downloading, installation or access only.

How to download and install TRS19 Platinum Edition

You can access your Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 download by following these steps:
1. Copy and paste this url into your browser http://www.auran.com/planetauran/login.php
2. Log in using your MyTrainz username (same as your Trainz Store username)
3. Click on the 'Download TRS19' link on the left hand menu
4. Click on one of the available links to begin the download

We recommend that you use a download manager to enable resuming the download if you lose your connection.

Once TRS19 has been installed, you will be able to install the included content packages via the new content store feature by following these steps:

1) Double click on the TRS19 icon on your desktop
2) Click on 'Content Store'
3) Click on 'Purchased' at the top right
4) Click on the 'Install' button to the right of the DLC pack you wish to install

Please note, if you already own another TRS19 edition from the TrainzStore, then you will not see an additional page in your MyTrainz account. The TRS19 Platinum Edition uses the same download page as previous TRS19 releases.

If you already have TRS19 installed, then you can patch this to the Platinum Edition using the How to patch to TRS19 Platinum guide.

MAC USERS

Once you log in to MyTrainz, scroll down the page until you find the Mac installer option. 
R-click and chose the "Download Linked file as" option.
This then allows you to select where to save the file.
Once downloaded, extract the file
Double click to run the .dmg installer
Then drag the Trainz icon onto the Application icon to install
You may be prompted during installation to enter your MAC USERNAME AND PASSWORD
(Not your MyTrainz username)
