To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. Login using your Simulator Central or MyTrainz Username and Password.

Installing additional content from the disc.

For Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019, the main installer will install just the 'core' installation of Trainz, with the remaining content being installed separately.

Installing Content from Disk
1. Click File > Install Purchased Items from Disk (Windows Explorer will open)
Congratulations, your content is now installed. You are ready to click Start Trainz and enjoy the new content.
NOTE: Your disk may include additional content you have not yet purchased. You can purchase the items from the store to authorise the additional content.
