To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. Login using your Simulator Central or MyTrainz Username and Password.

Where can I find my serial number? I have a digital download copy of the game.

For Trainz Store orders: Please note, purchases of Trainz: A New Era (digital download) or DLC packs for Trainz: A New Era from the Trainz Store will not require or include a serial number. Instead these will automatically be registered to the account they were purchased through. Boxed versions of Trainz: A New Era will include the serial number in the box.
