To get your T:ANE version for free, simply follow this guide.

• Go to the Trainz Store and log in using your MyTrainz username
  NOTE: If you don't already have an account, then create an account and then log in to the store.
  
  
• Click on the Trainz Rewards Points button on the bottom left of the store
  
• Click on "Ways to Redeem"
  
  
• 
  
  
• Click on View for either the PC or Mac version
  
  
  
  
• Click on Redeem to create your discount code
  
  
  
  
• Click on "Add Product to Cart"
  
  
  
  NOTE: You'll also receive an email showing the code in case you don't want to use it immediately.
  
  
• Click on "Shopping Cart" then click on "Checkout"
  
  
  
  
• You'll see the code with the discount already applied. 
  
  
  
  
• Click "Complete Order" then check your email confirmation (which will arrive in the inbox associated with your Mytrainz account).
  
  

Troubleshooting:

• If you see the error "Cannot place order, conditions not met: Trainz A New Era - Windows / Digital Download / Standard: Must have at most 1 of this item." then you have two or more items in your cart. Click the X to remove extra versions until only one item remains in your cart. 
  
  
• Check you have logged in using the correct username and that the email in your account is correct and still valid.
  
  
• Check that your order matches the rules for a particular reward (e.g. a minimum order quantity)
  
  
• Once you redeem points, don't forget to use the code at some time in the next 12 months or the code will expire.
