To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. Login using your Simulator Central or MyTrainz Username and Password.

You can purchase DLC items directly from the menu or from Content Store.
To access Content Store, tap the top right Radial Dial button.
Tap Main Menu > Routes > Content Store
Select an item to purchase and tap the Price button
The authorisation window will appear to allow you to complete the purchase
If you do not see the purchase authorisation window, then you need to turn off the In App Purchases lock in your Settings.
