Error shows "Filepath occupied" when installing

When installing using either the online or offline installer, the following error message can appear.
It is likely if you get this error you have received the following message: These errors indicate that you are attempting to install a version of TANE into a folder that already has an installation. Please select one of the following options to avoid this issue:
