Installer won’t start: Some browsers may strip the .exe file type resulting in nothing happening when you try to run the setup file. You can add .exe to the end of the Setup file name as follows:
Note, Windows may ‘hide’ common file extensions such as the ‘.exe’ extension; only add the extension if the file does not show as an ‘application’.
Installer asks me to insert disc: If you are installing the digital version and you get this error, it indicates all of the installation files are not in the same folder or that they are named incorrectly. Please ensure that all six files are in the same folder. We recommend that they be placed into a new/empty folder. Please also ensure that the files are named exactly as follows: setup.exe If any of the files are named differently (i.e. ‘setup(1).exe’, ‘setup-1a(1).bin’ or similar) then please rename the file to match the above names.
