NEW HELPDESK REQUIREMENTS

To ensure we can provide quality, timely responses to as many customers as possible, we have made some changes to the helpdesk support service.

Which build do I have?

TANE has had many releases since the first Alpha build was released a year ago back in May 2014.

The key builds and build numbers that we will be supporting moving forward are listed below. If your build number is not on this list, then it is an unsupported pre-release version:
