Importing item shows pink and green texture

If you import content from another version of Trainz and you see a pink and green texture, this error indicates that the texture files are missing. If you check the asset in Content Manager and “View Errors and Warnings” you will see warnings like: ! The *.texture.txt file is missing for texture resource ‘station_bump.texture’ etc. This is most likely caused because the item is built-in to a previous version of Trainz and the source textures are not included with the asset. To resolve this issue, you need to download the item from the Download Station where the original textures are included with the asset. Note that the process of uploading TS12 built-in content is still being worked on.
