To ensure we can provide quality, timely responses to as many customers as possible, we have made some changes to the helpdesk support service.

  1. We will only support tickets submitted in English. Please use an online translation tool to translate your messages.
  2. We will assist users with problems related to orders, downloading, installation or access only.
  3. Any questions about general product usage will be referred to our community forums, Trainz wiki and Knowledgebase articles.
If your ticket does not meet these requirements, you will receive a standard response informing you of the new requirements.

How do I activate my First Class Ticket? (or my FCT is missing)

First Class Tickets are "virtual" items. Once purchased in the Trainz Store, you then need to "activate" your ticket.

Activate your First Class Ticket by following these steps:

  1. Log in to https://www.auran.com/planetauran using the SAME ACCOUNT that you used to order the ticket.
  2. Click on "Download Tickets" in the left hand menu
  3. Scroll down the page and under "Your Tickets" you will see any current expiry dates and any "Not activated" tickets
  4. Click on "Activate" to start the First Class Ticket timer running.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the First Class Ticket to become activated.

You can own multiple tickets at one time, but you can only ACTIVATE one ticket at a time. When that ticket expires, then activate your next ticket. If another ticket is active, then you will not see the option to activate another ticket.

To purchase additional tickets, click on one of the links under "Available Tickets".
