There are currently 4 membership options available, each offering different features or options.

All Trainz memberships are renewed automatically on the renewal date, unless cancelled prior to the renewal. If cancelled prior to renewal, the membership will remain active until the renewal date when it will then be cancelled.

First Class Ticket Membership

If you're a regular user of the Download Station, then some of the benefits of the First Class Ticket include:

• There’s no limit to how much or how often you download.
• You get priority Download Station access.
• Only 1 FCT is needed per account, not per Trainz product.
• Most of all, you get vastly increased download speeds!

Trainz Plus Membership

The Trainz Plus membership gives you immediate access to the Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 Platinum Edition, and each Trainz Plus release while your membership is active.

Each Trainz Plus release provides new features for Trainz. This includes the new Unified Driver/Surveyor tools, allowing seamless switching between Driver and Surveyor modes, new camera modes such as the 'drone' camera, and the new Content Store for managing and downloading DLC packs. Trainz Plus updates are released approximately each quarter.

The Trainz Plus membership also provides access to the additional DLC packs included in the TRS19 Platinum Edition.

Trainz Plus memberships also include First Class Ticket access!

Some Trainz Plus features may be included in future full releases of Trainz, generally released every 1-3 years, however the exact features included or how they function may change in newer releases, including newer Trainz Plus releases. 

Silver Membership

The Silver Membership gives you access to the complete collection of DLC packs for Trainz: A New Era and Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 from the Trainz Store, via the Trainz Content Vault.

These DLC packs include a range of routes routes, sessions, trains, and carriages for you to use in Trainz.

Note: Content creators retain the right to withhold new DLC pack releases from the Content Vault for up to 3 months.

Silver Memberships also include First Class Ticket access, 2x Trainz Reward Pointz on all purchases from the Trainz Store, and a 10% discount in the Trainz Store!

Gold Membership

The Gold Membership provides access to all of the above, and more!

With Trainz: A New Era, Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019, and Trainz Plus included, you have access to all of the latest releases of Trainz!

The Content Vault feature of the Gold Membership allows you to access the complete collection of DLC packs for Trainz: A New Era and Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019/Trainz Plus.

The Trainz Plus feature provides access to the latest new features for Trainz. This includes the new Unified Driver/Surveyor tools, allowing seamless switching between Driver and Surveyor modes, new camera modes such as the 'drone' camera, and the new Content Store for managing and downloading DLC packs. Trainz Plus updates are released approximately each quarter.

The Preview Pass feature allows you to experience each new Trainz DLC pack prior to it's official release on the Trainz Store, with two weeks early access to each new DLC pack!

Gold Memberships also include First Class Ticket access, 3x Trainz Reward Pointz on all purchases from the Trainz Store, and a 20% discount in the Trainz Store!
