<p>Follow these steps to use PSR</p>
<p><strong>Step 1:</strong><br />Click on the Windows Start Menu and type in psr</p>
<p><strong>Step 2:<br /></strong>Select "psr" listed under Programs</p>

<p><strong>Step 6:</strong><br />When submitting your support ticket, &nbsp;click on the Upload File(s) +Add File button, then click on the Choose File button and navigate to your saved Zip file, then click Send</p>

<dl><dt>AI Train OR AI Driver</dt><dd>Artificial Intelligence 'Driver' manned Train. A train which is controlled by a program, script, commands, scenario, etc and not by the user. In many ways AI trains are the Trainz equivalent of the NPC's (Non-Player Characters) found in many computer games.</dd><dt>Asset</dt><dd>Any object used in Trainz, for example a layout, a tree, a signal, a locomotive or a pantograph. There are many more types of assets. Each asset has a KUID.</dd><dt>Auran</dt><dd>The Australian company which developed and publishes Trainz.</dd><dt>Behavior</dt><dd>Another name for a Rule. "behavior" as the parameter of the&nbsp;<em>kind</em>&nbsp;tag in a config.txt file specifies that the asset is a Rule.</dd></dl>
<h2><span id="Ca_to_Ez" class="mw-headline">Ca to Ez</span></h2>
<dl><dt>CAB</dt><dd>Cabin Mode. The more realistic and more challenging of the two driving modes in Trainz.</dd><dt>CMP</dt><dd>Content Manager Plus. The asset management system in TRS2006 and Trainz Classics.</dd><dt>config.txt File</dt><dd>Each asset has a config.txt file which specifies many of its properties.</dd><dt>DCC</dt><dd>Digital Command Control. The simpler of the two driving modes in Trainz. The term comes from the world of model railways.</dd><dt>DEM</dt><dd>Digital Elevation Model.</dd><dt>Dependency</dt><dd>An asset which is required by another asset in order to make it operational. For example a locomotive requires (amongst other things) an enginespec.</dd><dt>DLS</dt><dd>Download Station. Auran's huge repository of additional assets for Trainz, created by the program's users.</dd><dt>Driver Command</dt><dd>An instruction which can be given to an AI train in a Driver session. Driver commands can be specified when the Session is created in Surveyor, or by the user when the Session is running.</dd></dl>
<h2><span id="Fa_to_Jz" class="mw-headline">Fa to Jz</span></h2>
<dl><dt>FCT</dt><dd>First Class Ticket. An option sold by Auran which provides access to DLS without the normal download speed and allowance restrictions.</dd><dt>GameScript</dt><dd>The programming language, based on "C", used to create scenarios and scriptable assets for Trainz.</dd><dt>gmax</dt><dd>A third-party freeware program which can be used to create 3D models for use in Trainz and other programs.</dd><dt>HOG</dt><dd>Hand Of God. A utility and associate textures which can be used to import terrain data into Trainz.</dd><dt>HUD</dt><dd>Head Up Display. That part of the screen which displays information such as your current speed.</dd><dt>IND</dt><dd>The standard Auran interactive industry system (which includes passenger stations).</dd><dt>Jet</dt><dd>In the context of Trainz, the game engine developed by Auran and used by Trainz. Unrelated to the Microsoft Jet database system.</dd><dt>Just Trains</dt><dd>The company which distributes Trainz in the UK.</dd></dl>

<dl><dt>KUID</dt><dd>Koolthingz Unique Identifier. A reference number for an asset.</dd><dt>KUID2</dt><dd>A modified version of the KUID format which allows a version number to be specified.</dd><dt>LARS</dt><dd>Logistics And Resource System, a commodity/freight transportation system for Trainz created by Lars Ljunberg.</dd><dt>Layout</dt><dd>The terms layout, map and route are synonymous.</dd><dt>LMB</dt><dd>Left mouse button. This abbreviation is widely used in the Auran documentation.</dd><dt>LMBH</dt><dd>Left mouse button+Hold down.</dd><dt>LMBH-d</dt><dd>Left mouse button+Hold down+Drag.</dd></dl>

<li>Variants of LMB actions will also sometimes include /pressing+holding the Shifting keys [CRTL] and [SHFT].</li>

<dl><dt>LOD</dt><dd>Level Of Detail. A system which displays more distant assets with less details.</dd><dt>Merscom</dt><dd>The company which distributes Trainz in the USA.</dd><dt>Mesh</dt><dd>A 3D object to which textures can be applied.</dd><dt>Mocrossing</dt><dd>Level crossing (US English: grade crossing).</dd><dt>Polycount</dt><dd>The number of polygons an assets has, which will largely determine its effect on Trainz' performance.</dd></dl>

<dl><dt>Product</dt><dd>Anything consumed or produced by an industry, including passengers which are "consumed" and "produced" by stations.</dd><dt>Profile</dt><dd>Another name for a Driver session. "profile" as the parameter of the&nbsp;<em>kind</em>&nbsp;tag in a config.txt file specifies that the asset is a Driver session.</dd><dt>Prototypical</dt><dd>A layout or other feature which is intended to accurately depict reality, rather than a fictional or fanciful place or object.</dd><dt>PTP</dt><dd>Pro Train Perfect. The name under which a version of TRS2006 was sold in Germany.</dd><dt>Rail Driver</dt><dd>A physical control panel manufactured by P.I. Engineering which can be attached to a computer and which mimics that of a real locomotive.</dd><dt>RMB</dt><dd>Right mouse button. This abbreviation is widely used in the Auran documentation.</dd><dt>RS Part</dt><dd>Rolling Stock Part. A dependency required by a rolling stock asset, such as a bogie (US English: truck).</dd><dt>Rule</dt><dd>A command in a Driver session. The inclusion of Rules and their parameters is specified when a Driver Session is created in Surveyor.</dd></dl>

To install the new update, simply follow the instructions on the screen. You may need to ensure 'disable online features' is unticked to do this.<br /><br />If you do not wish to install a beta update, then you can change your update stream using the following steps:<br />1) Click on Trainz settings on the launcher screen.<br />2) Click on the 'install' tab<br />3) Click on 'Change T:ANE update stream...'<br />4) Click on next, without changing any details, for install location, and username and password screens.<br />5) On the 'select patch stream' screen, click on 'change stream' and then select 'TANE - Public Release' in the drop down list, then click 'ok'.<br />6) Now click on 'done'. <br /><br />If you need to turn off the 'disable online features' option, then you can do so by following these steps:<br />1) Click on the 'internet' tab in the Trainz Settings<br />2) Untick the option for 'disable online features'<br />3) Close the Trainz settings.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We recommend searching for and downloading content using the included Content Manager in Trainz.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Use the following steps to search for content:</p>
<p>1) Open Content Manager by clicking on 'Manage&nbsp;Content' on the launcher screen.</p>
<p>2) Select the 'Download Station' option in the Filter: dropdown list. This will show all content on the Download Station.</p>
<p>3) To do a simple keyword search, simply enter your search (this can be more than 1 word) into the 'search' box at the top right.</p>
<p>4) To do a more complex search using custom filters, open the filter list by clicking on the grey arrow to the left of 'Filter:'.&nbsp;</p>
<p>5) Click on the '+' button on the right to add a new filter to the list.</p>
<p>6) Select the desired filter from the list in the left hand box.</p>
<p>For example, if you want just locomotives, select the 'category' filter, then set the right hand box to 'locomotive'. You can add as many filters as you require for your search.</p>

<p>To view the details of an asset, either double click on the asset or left click on it to select it, then press 'CTRL' + 'I'. This will show the description (if available), Author's username, kuid, and the thumbnail.</p>

<p>Please note, only limited action can generally be taken on private messages, however those reported via the 'report post' function can be looked into.</p>
<p>If you are being bullied or harassed by a user on the Trainz Official Discord Server please use the '@Moderators' and '@Staff' tags and one of our moderators or staff will be able to look into it for you.</p>
<p>Please note that the in-game chat within Trainz itself is unmoderated, and is not logged. We cannot guarantee the content of these chat channels. However if you do feel a member is bullying or harassing you, please take screenshots of messages and we may be able to look into this.</p>
<p>We do strongly recommend using the 'ignore' function on the forums, discord, and in the Trainz in-game chat to ignore those who may be attempting to bully or harass you.</p>
<p>Remember don't give out your personal details to other individuals.</p>
